The Cumming City Center was created to bring back some of the small-town charm that has been lost in the downtown area through decades of rapid growth and development in Cumming and Forsyth County. Mayor Troy Brumbalow envisioned a new heart of the City that would serve to bring neighbors, newcomers and visitors alike together to enjoy the City of Cumming’s Small Town Heart and Big City Spirit.
With its classic Americana vibe, the Cumming City Center hopes to transport its guests back to a time when life was simpler, when families slowed down to make time for fun, when neighbors knew one another’s names, and communities were made up of friends. That’s the City of Cumming’s Small Town Heart. Our Big City Spirit can be found throughout the City Center’s modern amenities, public art, local restaurants, sophisticated shopping, walking and biking trails, beautiful park spaces, and more!
Public Outdoor Amenities, including pocket parks and trails, are open and available for use seven days a week as follows: March to October, 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.; November to February, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Amphitheater hours will vary depending on events schedule. Pocket park and trail hours may also be extended at times based on the events schedule.
Store, restaurant, and office hours vary by business. Please check individual business information for respective hours.
The Cumming City Center is located on State Route 20 West (Canton Hwy.), approximately 1.5 miles west of downtown Cumming and behind Forsyth Central High School.
Convenient, free parking is available in the Center’s multi-story parking deck and in various surface lots. The Center also offers a limited number of bicycle racks and golf cart parking spaces.
